Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All credit cards are charged in US Dollars and may be subject to bank fees.

IKON Kiteboarding now accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. Ikon Kiteboarding will ship the products as soon as the founds have been received on our bank account in Hong Kong.

Delivery

Please read the Delivery Information contained in the website. The delivery times are indicative only and IKON Kiteboarding will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.

Risk and Title

IKON Kiteboarding will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you upon their delivery to or collection by a postal or courier service. You should consider whether to obtain any suitable insurance.

Refunds

• the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

If you choose to make a purchase from this website then you should be experienced and have the appropriate training to use this equipment and you assume all responsibility for any damage/injury that may result from using this equipment and/or product in any way. Ikon Kiteboarding assumes no liability for the use of any equipment and/or products purchased, and by purchasing this equipment and/or product from Ikon Kiteboarding, you understand, acknowledge and accept this release of liability.

IKON Kiteboarding will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or economic), however caused and whether by negligence or otherwise, which may result directly or indirectly from any such information. To the extent that any liability may be imposed on IKON Kiteboarding, it shall be limited to the cost of re-supplying that information.

Cancellation of Orders

In the event that you would like to cancel your on-line order you will need to contact IKON Kiteboarding by email info@ikon-kiteboarding.com immediately to ensure you do not incur any shipping charges.

If the order has already been processed and shipped our standard returns/refunds policy applies, the order is to be returned at your expense and only the ordered items will be refunded, shipping will not be refunded.

In Store Purchases

Products purchased from a IKON Kitesurfing retailer store may be returned to the store for a refund and/or return. Unfortunately in store purchases can not be returned to the Website store, however the Website Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you with exchanging your purchase where possible.

On-line Purchases

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, IKON Kiteboarding is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges and extra duty tax resulting from the transfer.

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.

Defective Items

Defective items must be returned to IKON Kiteboarding within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.

Delivery

All orders are shipped using Express Couriers. We insure all items. If an item goes missing we will notify the carrier and it will be replaced once we process that claim.
In the event that an item is damaged during transit please contact the carrier and Ikon Kiteboarding. We strongly suggest taking photos of the item and the damage to the packaging.
If the item packaging is damaged on arrival please advise the delivery driver to file a report.
The delivery times are estimates only. Ikon Kiteboarding will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Ikon Kiteboarding cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
